Roth Hainkel is an associate in the firm’s mass torts and class actions practice area. A native of New Orleans, Mr. Hainkel attended Isidore Newman High School and received a Bachelor of Arts from Loyola University New Orleans where he graduated summa cum laude. In 2019, he graduated from Tulane University Law School, earning both a Juris Doctorate degree and a Certificate in Civil Law.
While at Tulane Law School, Mr. Hainkel served as an extern for the Honorable Robin M. Giarrusso at the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans. He also earned certificates of advanced study and training in mediation and dispute resolution while studying at Humboldt University of Berlin in Germany.
