Parker Neill is an associate in Frilot LLC’s Mass Tort & Class Actions and Transportation & Trucking groups. He defends asbestos and toxic tort claims, catastrophic injury cases, environmental disputes, and contract matters, often in litigation involving multiple parties.
Parker handles cases from initial evaluation through resolution. He evaluates liability and damages, manages discovery, takes and defends depositions of fact and expert witnesses, and briefs dispositive motions, Daubert challenges, and motions in limine. His work includes insurance coverage disputes and the defense of bad-faith claims.
Parker works closely with accident reconstruction, medical, and economic experts to develop defenses and translate technical evidence into clear, persuasive arguments. He handles removal and jurisdictional issues and negotiates settlements, keeping clients informed through concise reporting and practical recommendations.
A New Orleans native, Parker earned his undergraduate degree from Tulane University and his J.D., cum laude, from Tulane University Law School, where he received a Certificate in Energy and Environmental Law. During law school, he served as a student attorney with the Tulane Environmental Law Clinic and completed a legal internship with the U.S. Department of Energy in Washington, D.C.
