Mark Allain is an associate in the firm’s Admiralty & Maritime section.

Mr. Allain obtained his J.D. from Tulane University Law School, where he served as Managing Editor of the Tulane Environmental Law Journal. While in law school, he also served as a Dean Rufus Harris Peer Fellow, mentoring and supporting first-year law students.

While working as a student attorney for the Tulane Environmental Law Clinic, Mr. Allain represented indigent clients in administrative and federal court proceedings under the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, NEPA, CERCLA, and EPA Environmental Justice regulations.
