David A. Olson, one of the founding partners of Frilot, has proudly assumed the position of Senior Counsel with the firm. With nearly fifty years of legal practice, Mr. Olson's passion remains undiminished, as he continues to deliver exceptional work with the same level of proficiency that has defined his career.

As Senior Counsel, Mr. Olson embraces the freedom and stature that comes with the position. Unburdened by the need to prove himself or fear setbacks, he approaches each case with unyielding determination to prevail for the benefit of his clients.

Although Mr. Olson's career is marked with numerous achievements, he prefers to emphasize his comprehensive expertise over individual accolades. He has decades of experience in fields of products liability, including cases involving explosions, fires and carbon monoxide poisonings, as well as maritime law, insurance, and antitrust litigation. Clients continue to seek out Mr. Olson for his specialized legal acumen, often on a national basis, earning him the privilege of pro hac vice admissions in state and federal courts across twenty-three states.

In addition to mentoring fellow attorneys at Frilot, Mr. Olson remains actively involved in the practice of law. He handles depositions, writes briefs, serves as lead counsel at mediations, argues before trial and appellate courts, and even engages in written discovery when necessary. Mr. Olson's commitment extends to traveling as needed for his cases.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Mr. Olson is dedicated to his family.
