Pettit has pursued a diverse, international education. She received the congressionally funded Congress-Bundestag student exchange and studied for a year at a Gymnasium in Duesseldorf, Germany. She went on to earn her Bachelor's Degree in Modern History and Modern Languages (German) from Oxford University in the United Kingdom in 2003. Ms. Pettit received her Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2008. Ms. Pettit's practice has centered around brief writing for federal environmental litigation, and she will continue to focus on writing with the Mass Torts, Labor and Employment, and Environmental practice groups. Ms. Pettit was admitted to practice before all courts in Louisiana in 2009. | ||||
