Thomas J. 'Beau' Bethune IV is an associate with the firm's Admiralty & Maritime Practice Group. He represents the interests of domestic and international P&I clubs, marine and employers' liability underwriters, cargo interests, oil companies, offshore drilling contractors, and foreign and domestic vessel owners. Mr. Bethune's practice includes litigation of cargo claims, personal injury claims, charter party disputes, vessel collisions, and toxic tort/environmental pollution matters in both traditional 'blue water' oceangoing steamship trade and 'brown water' inland operations. Beau is also involved in the negotiation and drafting of vessel and barge purchase argreements and contracts.
