Edward 'Eddie' Rantz is a leading attorney in the firm's Transactional Practice Area. With nearly ten years of experience, Mr. Rantz provides expertise in a wide range of business transactions, including representation of sellers and purchasers of commercial real estate throughout the nation, and representation of lenders and borrowers in commercial financing transactions, both domestic and foreign.
Mr. Rantz' practice includes preparing documentation for such business transactions as commercial and construction loans, sales and mergers and buy-sell agreements between shareholders of a business. He routinely drafts and reviews leases, employment contracts and licensing agreements for clients. Additionally, his practice extends to representing creditors in connection with collection efforts, both in workouts and in bankruptcy proceedings.
