Mr. Mole leads the firm's Commercial Litigation Group. In over 25 years of practicing law, he has gained substantial experience in all aspects of civil commercial litigation, with emphasis in areas of antitrust, competition law, bankruptcy and product distribution. His litigation experience ranges from small, private disputes to large, complex class actions. He has tried cases in Louisiana and throughout the United States, with the majority of these cases being tried before juries. Representative clients include financial institutions, real estate companies and investors, manufacturers, hospitals and health care systems.

Mr. Mole also lends his expertise to protecting clients' valuable intellectual property assets in litigation. His experience in intellectual property litigation includes both prosecuting and defending infringement of patents, copyrights and trademarks, as well as cases involving trade secret misappropriation and unfair competition.
