Kerry Miller is a leader in class actions defense litigation, successfully defending clients in national class action and multi-party lawsuits in state and federal courts across the country. Mr. Miller is a partner and co-leader of the firm's Mass Tort & Class Actions Practice Area. He has defended clients in matters involving product liability and commercial litigation and has attained significant victories in every stage of class action litigation, from motions to dismiss, to class certification and summary judgment motions, and on to trial.

Mr. Miller has spoken and written extensively on latest developments in class actions and product liability law. Recent articles address subjects such as advance preparation for class action exposure and unfair trade practice laws & state court multi-district litigation law in Louisiana. In addition to his written accomplishments, Mr. Miller has been called to present his class action expertise to clients, at seminars and in continuing education programs.

Mr. Miller graduated from Tulane Law School, Order of the Coif, in 1996. He then worked as a Law Clerk for the Honorable James L. Dennis, Circuit Judge, in the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal.
