Railroad The Railroad Litigation Practice Group of Frilot L.L.C. represents a number of railroad clients in all aspects of defense before all state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies. The Railroad Litigation Practice Group specializes in all areas of railroad litigation and representation, including cases involving: • Railroad crossing accidents • Environmental contamination spills • Claims under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act (FELA) • Derailments. The firm’s experience in railroad crossing accidents is particularly extensive, and includes litigation of crossing accident cases in all courts throughout the State of Louisiana.
