Krouse has been inducted as a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and given the designatory letters FCIArb. Fellowship grade is designated for individuals who can demonstrate an advanced, comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the principles, law and practices involved in a selected area of dispute resolution. It is the benchmark that professional dispute resolvers aim to achieve. 

 

The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), which was founded in London in 1915 and granted a Royal Charter by Queen Elizabeth II, is a center for the global promotion, facilitation, and development of arbitration and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. It has 11,000 members in more than 100 countries worldwide.

 

 A.J. Krouse is also a fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators. He is a founding member of Frilot L.L.C. and is a partner in the firm’s mass tort and class actions practice area. Mr. Krouse is also certified as a civil mediator and listed on the 2010   Louisiana Mediator Registry. He has handled a broad array of mediations and arbitrations in a wide variety of international, labor and employment, commercial, personal injury, health care, , class action, and maritime matters.
