(June 1, 2010 ) Frilot L.L.C. is pleased to announce new attorney Everett Fineran.  He joins the firm's Commercial Litigation and Mass Tort & Class Actions sections.

Mr. Fineran graduated magna cum laude from Loyola University College of Business in 2004, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.  In 2007, Mr. Fineran graduated cum laude from the Loyola University College of Law. He was a member of the Loyola Law Review and a William L. Crowe Scholar.  Mr. Fineran published an article in the Spring 2007 Edition of the Buffalo Public Interest Law Journal titled The Louisiana Road Home Program: A Path of Unintended Consequences.
